While salaries for hotel managers vary greatly based on facility size, location, and the manager's specific responsibilities or specialization, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that lodging managers earn median annual salaries of approximately $42,000, not including bonuses. The highest 10 percent earn more than $80,000 annually, not including bonuses.
