The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institutes are North America's largest network of culinary schools with over 35 locations in the U.S. and Canada. At an International Culinary School, you will learn the fundamental cooking and management skills essential for a career in the culinary arts and be introduced to a variety of world cuisines to help you become a more versatile and creative culinarian. The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institutes offer diploma, associate's, and bachelor's degree programs* in areas such as baking and pastry, culinary arts and management, and food and beverage management*.

Faculty

Many of our faculty are experienced professionals with impressive achievements in their fields of expertise. They continue to be involved in contemporary creative trends and techniques and share that knowledge with their students. Our faculty know first-hand what employers need and they provide practical, hands-on education that meets those needs.
