Career Experience at Branford

Externships are a valuable part of most programs offered at Branford Hall. The purpose of the externship is to provide students with the opportunity to apply their skills and gain experience before graduation.

Students generally serve their externship during their last term. The Career Services department assists students in securing externships. Branford also assists graduates in securing entry level positions that will lead to fulfilling their career objectives.

Financial Aid

Branford Hall offers our students financial support from various aid programs. Some of these funds originate from federal financial aid programs as well as in house financing plans. Our financial aid counselors work with students to tailor programs to meet their individual needs.

In addition to food preparation skills, this comprehensive program includes hands-on instruction at a four-star restaurant.
