Our classes are taught by professional chefs that provide the insight and real world experience students desire. At Texas Culinary Academy, we are proud of the atmosphere of professionalism and mutual respect we have created. To encourage creative expression within our culinary learning environment, classes are limited in size. This allows us to provide the exemplary training Le Cordon Bleu is known for and allows students to receive the personal attention they deserve from our experienced instructors. Plus, our classrooms and labs are outfitted with industry-current equipment in order to emulate real-world situations and give students the skills they need to succeed.

We offer:

A Le Cordon Bleu education in as little as 18 months.
Texas Culinary Academy allows students to earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts in as little as 18 months. In addition, graduates of the program also earn the coveted Le Cordon Bleu diplōme!

Financial aid for those who qualify.
Many of our students use financial aid to help with their college costs. Our friendly Financial Aid staff will assist you through the financial aid application process. We've helped many students just like you. Financial Aid is available for those who qualify.

Career placement assistance.
Texas Culinary Academy is part of the Career Education Corporation network, and CEC is pleased to make placement assistance available for our graduates and alumni. Our schools have global access to candidates and job opportunities from our domestic and international sites. Career Services departments are located on many of our campuses and can help aid in securing employment that is both exciting and rewarding.

The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts programs at Texas Culinary Academy are designed to combine demonstration classes and hands-on, practical courses in professionally equipped, contemporary kitchens. As part of the program, students can learn classical cooking methods and the qualitative aspects of food preparation, including nutrition and sanitation. Plus, under the guidance of our executive chefs, students are encouraged to explore their own style and creativity. All of our programs include a general education component that can provide solid academic foundation for our student's career and personal growth.

As with all of our programs, students must successfully complete an externship. This externship is designed to provide students with the real life experience they will need for a career in the culinary arts.

If your passion is to pursue a career within the hospitality industry, the Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management Program at Texas Culinary Academy could be for you! We offer a comprehensive curriculum with well-rounded coursework to include hospitality accounting, restaurant marketing and basic cuisine courses. As a student, you will participate in a restaurant practical at our school-operated restaurant, giving you real-world experience you can take with you into the workplace. Graduates of this program will successfully complete an offsite externship to learn more about hospitality and restaurant management.

In our Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking Program at TCA, the core culinary curriculum is based on the hands-on teaching of patisserie and baking skills. Our experienced instructors can expose students to a variety of styles that will help them to develop their own culinary style. Encompassing the range of baking and pastry techniques, from old-world classics to the newest innovations in the field, our program allows you to cultivate your skills to meet the high demand.

Graduates of the Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie & Baking Program are qualified to work in entry-level positions as patisserie chefs in restaurants or catering companies.
