Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management - Associate'sBack to topOur comprehensive Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management program can put you at the forefront of this exciting business. The curriculum was established in partnership with Le Cordon Bleu and is based on the Le Cordon Bleu Restaurant Management Program developed in South Australia in 1992. It emphasizes practical and theoretical training in hospitality management with elements of wine studies and culinary arts. While revised to reflect current local and national standards, the WCI program retains the International Le Cordon Bleu template. Students graduating from the program will have received training for positions such as assistant manager, ma'tre d', bartender, wine steward, assistant catering manager, manager trainee and wait person. Additional experience may be required for some positions. Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie & Baking - Associate's or DiplomaBack to topWestern Culinary Institute is proud to offer both a Certificate and an Associates of Occupational Studies degree in Le Cordon Bleu pātisserie and baking. Students in both programs will receive intensive training in baking and pastry arts fundamentals; the goal is to prepare graduates with the high level of expertise necessary to become a professional baker or pastry chef. The 36-week certificate or 51-week degree course is taught by experienced teaching professionals in this specialized field. Along with learning the fundamentals of pātisserie and baking techniques, students can develop the skills necessary to create magnificent show pieces and displays.
