Culinary Programs

Real Restaurant Experience
Culinary internship assignments (better known as work experience) are part of the program at the Center for Culinary Arts. We help match students with over 150 different internship sites across Connecticut including restaurants, on-site cooking services and fine hotels. Culinary internships are an exciting way to apply the skills you learn in our culinary schools and they are great resume builders.
Accreditation
The Center for Culinary Arts is one of the country's select culinary arts schools that has qualified for accreditation from the American Culinary Federation (ACF). Lincoln Technical Institute has been accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS).
