The culinary school offers a variety of diploma and associate's degree programs in culinary arts, culinary nutrition, international baking and pastry, and food and beverage management.
The school also offers a 36-month bachelor's degree in culinary management. Located in beautiful South Florida, our students and graduates have access to great career opportunities with help from the career services department at the culinary institute.

Associate's - Baking and Pastry
The baking and pastry program offers a broad array of baking and pastry theory and practical experiences necessary for success in the food service industry. All courses emphasize laboratory activities, with extensive periods of hands-on practical experience in professionally equipped culinary laboratories.
