The mission of the BA degree in Hospitality Management is to
allow students to build on a core of knowledge gained through the
associate degree in culinary arts or hotel management or its
equivalent to develop the management skills needed for successful
operation of a hospitality-related business.
The BA degree program includes core hospitality requirements,
elective requirements and general education requirements. The
total requirement is 180 quarter-credits.
