Faculty

Many of our faculty are experienced professionals with impressive achievements in their fields of expertise. They continue to be involved in contemporary creative trends and techniques and share that knowledge with their students. Our faculty know first-hand what employers need and they provide practical, hands-on education that meets those needs.

Career Services

Getting an education is a major goal, but it's one which usually leads to the real goal - landing that all-important first job that launches your career. To help make that leap, our students turn to the personalized, comprehensive services offered by the school's Career Services Department.

Ideal Locations

Steep hills, wooded suburbs, a picturesque downtown riverfront, and four definite seasons earned this city the award for one of the top ten places to live and work by Fortune magazine. The Greater Cincinnati area is comprised of 13 counties in three states: Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Culinary Arts

Our culinary students come to us from different levels of experience but they all share the same thing - a passion for cooking. And they know something else: There are no shortcuts to a great culinary education. It's why they are here.

Our students learn traditional, fundamental cooking skills. And they learn the realities of working in restaurants and the food service industry.

Watch the professionals at work as you pass by the kitchen of your favorite restaurant. It's orchestrated chaos and hard work. It's opportunity in a thriving industry, just waiting for your vision of the next great meal. Discover your culinary vision through the following programs:
