Culinary Arts Specialist - Occupational Associate Degree

Become a culinary arts specialist trained in the knowledge and skills to assume an entry-level position as a sous chef, garde mangers or kitchen manager. Our culinary arts specialist program has an emphasis on culinary fundamentals, ingredient exploration, food presentation, menu design and health and safety aspects. It is a well-rounded curriculum to prepare students for a range of culinary careers in the valuable food service community.
