Associate of Science - Baking and Pastry Arts

The AS in Baking and Pastry Arts provides instruction in the art
and science of the baking profession. Students in this program
will use a variety of tools and equipment to produce items such
as quick breads, yeast breads, cakes, frozen desserts,
centerpieces, candies, cookies and various pastries.

The AS in Culinary Arts program has a comprehensive curriculum
that includes American regional, French and international
cuisine, food service production, food service sanitation,
nutrition, stock and sauces, dining room management, introduction
to baking and pastry, storeroom operations and meat cutting.
