Associate of Science - Culinary Arts

The AS in Culinary Arts program has a comprehensive curriculum that includes American regional, French and international cuisine, food service production, food service sanitation, nutrition, stock and sauces, dining room management, introduction to baking and pastry, storeroom operations and meat cutting.
